Effectively executing the many roles that we hold in the world is hard work.
Systems and cultures have deep impacts on our aspirations and our efficacy.
What do you need to take care of yourself and to nurture your vision?
What can you draw on that will light a fire under the work that you must do?
What work do you want to do and what might you need to learn?
What is needed in this moment to make the next what you dream it could be?
What's missing, the presence of which would make a difference?
Be patient with yourself. Self-growth is tender; it’s holy ground.
There’s no greater investment.

CONSULTING
---
In over fifteen years working as a K-12 school administrator, I have successfully navigated leadership roles that required expertise in strategic planning, site administration and operations, budgeting, facilities management, human capital investment, community engagement, instructional leadership, faculty professional development, student support services, and college advising - all with a deep and intentional focus on equity. I have provided leadership at elementary, middle, and high schools in both charter and traditional contexts.
This depth and breadth of experience informs my solution oriented approach to designing strategic and sustainable systems and to generating strong organizational cultures.
COACHING
---
Working with students, staff, faculty, parents, administrators, and community members to support authentic teaching and learning has taught me that there are three important elements to effective coaching:
Listening
Inquiry
Action
In my asset-based approach with coaching clients I prioritize your lived experience and seek to uncover and manifest your vision, gifts, and passion. We think through what matters for the next moment of your personal, academic and/or professional lives. Rather than simply improving what exists, we intentionally work to shift something significant.
ADVISING
---
As a college and career advisor I have shepherded over 500 students through the post secondary transition. I understand the challenges, and nuances, involved in this moment of launching into adulthood.
As we work through the transition from high school to college and career, we focus intentionally on developing the assets of independence and self awareness.
Advising services include individual counseling sessions as well as support with college matching, financial aid research, application completion, review of admission packages, making placement choices, the enrollment process, and the transition to freshman year and beyond.
Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
